Overview
The Paneri–Bhosgaon Ecotourism Zone is a historic landscape located in Patan tehsil of Satara district, with tourism centers at Paneri and Dhebewadi. The zone is known for its natural evergreen forests, wildlife, scenic landscapes and the historic Paneri Temple. Visitors can experience the area’s rich natural heritage through nature trails, seasonal flower landscapes, bird and butterfly watching and other nature-based activities. Its proximity to Karad city, approximately 25 km away, provides convenient access for visitors.
